FaceMe connect is a web plugin that operates in the web browser without installation of any dedicated application software (flash player v11 required). All a customer needs is an internet connection, speakers, microphone and a webcam. FaceMe Connect is a highly customizable platform and can be integrated with most SIP based servers or PABX systems. Users will connect seamlessly into the call centre with the FaceMe Connect gateway transcoding RTMP to SIP with minimal delay.
